1. Return Eligibility

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or defective (see Section 6).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

5. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized display cases
Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation after delivery
